Ok I have simplified my script a lot and now I have the following not
working script:
<?xml version=3D"1.0" encoding=3D"UTF-8"?>

<project name=3D"Test" basedir=3D"." default=3D"init">
  <target name=3D"init" >
    <cvspass
      cvsroot=3D":pserver:builder@192.9.214.171:/home/CVSHOME"
      password=3D"builder"
      passfile=3D".cvspass"
      />

    <cvs
      cvsroot=3D":pserver:builder@192.9.214.171:/home/CVSHOME"
      dest=3D"build/"
      package=3D"dk"
      passfile=3D".cvspass"
      />
  </target>
</project>

I get this exception:
	CVS_PASSFILE=3DD:\kode\build\misc\.cvspass
	Caught exception: CreateProcess: cvs
-d:pserver:builder@192.9.214.171:/home/CVSHOME 	checkout dk error=3D2

The script creates the -cvspass password file. And I can run the cvs
command from the command line.

Any help will be apreciated :-)
