I work with japanese environment (kterm).
If I run it in an English env. still got the same
(no garbled chars):

  [javadoc] Generating Javadoc
  [javadoc] Javadoc execution
[javadoc] javadoc: No packages or classes specified.
  [javadoc] usage: javadoc [options] [packagenames]
[sourcefiles] [classnames] [@files]

Ist that neccessary? It should find at least my
java files to process like with an ordinary javaoc
cmd. But it doesn't seem to scan the source dir for java

Thanks anyway.
