In the Ant manual is said ...
"Built-in Properties
Ant provides access to all system properties as if they had been defined using a <property>
task. For example, ${os.name} expands to the name of the operating system.
For a list of system properties see the Javadoc of System.getProperties.
In addition, Ant has some built-in properties: ..."

In the system properties you have computer name.

Subject: Accessing system variables

Is there anyway to access system variables within Ant? For instance, I'd like to do this:

    <echo message="ANT_HOME defined as ${env.ANT_HOME}" />

I'd also like to know if there is anyway to retrieve the host/computer name from within Ant?

Thanks,
Christian
