Dominique,

I suspect you're right about the timing leeway.  However, as I mentioned, no
problem Win98->WinME, and Win98->WinNT.  But neither WinNT->WinME or
WinNT->Win98 works (on either the FAT or NTFS volume).  I was wondering if
there is a problem, if the <depend> tag might work?
