I'm in a multi OS shop and I'm trying to get away from the fact that there are
too many implementations of ps with different options.
(I used to live across the street from MKS) :-)

What you can do is download a shell from Mortis kern toolset
then ceate a cmd script
with ps piping to
find which finds the 1st arg and then pipes the pid to env_var_pid
kill env_var_pid

and then have ant exec CmdScript with one argument representing the
ProcessNameToKill
