I wasn't able to get your zip/zipfileset suggestion to work. What is the process for adding
an enhancement request?

I don't think so, want to add an enhancement request?

Maybe something like this works:

<target name="dummy-used-to-set-up-id">
  <zip destfile="foo">
    <zipfileset id="my-tests" src="path/to/my/tests.jar"/>
  </zip>
</target>

<target name="junit">
  <junit ...>
    <batchtest ...>
      <fileset refid="my-tests"/>
    </batchtest>
  </junit>
</target>

But I haven't tested it.
