I feel we are going in a totally wrong direction:

as far as i understand we do following:

let the jsp execute a minimalistic "on the fly" ant-project
--> to fire up another ant via "exec" within the command shell
--> passing over the real build.xml
"e:/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3/webapps/vignette_dev/build.xml" on the command
line
i just want to do following:
fire up ant from jsp
--> sucking in build.xml from
"e:/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3/webapps/vignette_dev/build.xml"
