Okay I made pathelement location=5512, the parent dir of
com.wrox.ant.ExtractTldTask and ant still can't find it.

<taskdef name="extractTld" classname="com.wrox.ant.ExtractTldTask">
     <classpath>
        <pathelement location="5512"/>
     </classpath>
   </taskdef>
I'm perplexed.
