Subject problems with firing up ant directly from jsp
Date Fri, 13 Sep 2002 17:18:02 GMT
I think I got closer now, but i still need help:

Look at this jsp-page:
######################

<%@page contentType="text/html"%>
<%@ page import="org.apache.tools.ant.Project"%>
<%@ page import="org.apache.tools.ant.ProjectHelper"%>
<%@ page import="org.apache.tools.ant.Target"%>
<%@ page import="java.io.File"%>
<html>
<head><title>JSP Page</title></head>
<body>

<%
Project project = new Project();
File buildFile = new
File("e:/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3/webapps/vignette_dev/build.xml");project.setUserProperty("ant.file",
buildFile.getAbsolutePath());
ProjectHelper.configureProject(project, buildFile);
Vector targets = new Vector(5);
if (targets.size() == 0) {
    targets.addElement(project.getDefaultTarget());
}
project.executeTargets(targets);
%>

</body>
</html>

I got following error from jsp, but build.xml is definetly ok:
##############################################################

file:e:/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3/webapps/vignette_dev/build.xml:4: Class
org.apache.tools.ant.UnknownElement doesn't support the "name" attribute.

Can somebody drop me a line? I desperatly seeking a solution!

Stefan
