Security Problem with Using Ant to Run App Date: Mon, 05 Aug 2002 16:39:08 +0000 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed Message-ID: X-OriginalArrivalTime: 05 Aug 2002 16:39:08.0812 (UTC) FILETIME=[9EE544C0:01C23C9E] X-Spam-Rating: daedalus.apache.org 1.6.2 0/1000/N X-Spam-Rating: daedalus.apache.org 1.6.2 0/1000/N I'm using Ant and I've run into a problem. If I don't give a permission (that I'm checking for) to the "ant.jar" code base, then the app won't run no matter what. However, here's the problem: IF I DO give permissions to the "ant.jar" then even if nothing else has any permissions, EVERYTHING passes through!! How do I make it so the permission does not get caught on any ant classes, but will get caught if other classes don't have permissions? _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: For additional commands, e-mail:
