In actual fact its called all the time for general debug as well..
its basically a "debug handler" of sorts.
However I hadnt spotted passing params to antcall, which is a good 
idea. If I understand it correctly, you can effectively mute
properties through the <param>

is the target 'debug' only called when there went something wrong??
