No. Well, you could set the property, but it wouldn't actually become the
name of the project, since that's set via the 'name' attribute. And if
your <project> tag does include a 'name' attr, then you're define would be
ineffectual anyway (ie., ant.project.name would still get set to whatever
the value of 'name' is).

Why are you wanting to do it?
