I think one should make sure, you have

- ant/bin in ur path (put this at the begining of the path environment
variable)
- set ANT_HOME to correct path

check these settings by typing following at the command prompt

- path (shud see ant/bin in ur path)
- set ant (shud see ANT_HOME=xxx)

and then type ant --help, see if something shows up!
