Update:  this failure seems specific to NetBeans (3.3.1).  Running Ant
from the command line in Win2KPro and Linux to NOT show this exception.

So given that, anyone have any idea why Ant is tripping this NetBeans
security exception upon exit?

I tried exactly this (cut-n-paste).  It runs (and is MUCH faster), but
