It shouldn't matter. use the transaction element
I use something like
e.g.
<sql ....>
  <transaction src="first.sql"/>
  <fileset dir=".">
     <include name="*.sql" />
     <exclude name="first.sql" />
  </fileset>
</sql>

Yeah, but does the <sql> task allow for a nested <filelist>? I'm gonna
guess "no".
