problem here is that even an ordered list is inadequate...the sub builds are
often a directet acyclic graph, just as targets in a build file. If you keep
the parallelism explicit then the runtime can choose the ordering, and a
forking version of <ant> can build independent projects in parallel . that
would be slick on a two-cpu box (my work one), or when you are deploying and
testing while doing something else.
