The completely same build file works fine with Ant 1.4.1

SB> Fixed in the 1.5 branch now.

I'm sorry but it seems that it still doesn't work:

First of all I replaced line
        packagelist="../${module_in_lower_case}.packagelist"
by
        packagenames="com.foo.*"
(because of packagelist doesn't work)
and modified classpath so that it includes/lists nothing.

The ' characters around the executable and arguments are
not part of the command.

  [javadoc] 2 errors
  [javadoc] javadoc: No package, class, or source file found named com.foo.

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
