OK, good idea - I have added this capability into Ant 1.5

Example

         <ejbjar descriptordir="descriptor/dd"
                 srcdir="${build.classes}">
             <weblogic destdir="${deployment.dir}/test"
                       keepgeneric="true"
                       rebuild="false"
                       ejbcclass="weblogic.ejbc"
                       newCMP="true"
                       jvmargs="-Xms64m -Xmx128m"
                       jvmdebuglevel="16">
               <sysproperty key="blah" value="fubar"/>
             </weblogic>
             <support dir=".">
               <include name="support1/file1"/>
               <include name="support2/file2"/>
             </support>
             <include name="**/*-ejb-jar.xml"/>
             <exclude name="**/*-weblogic-ejb-jar.xml"/>
         </ejbjar>
