Subject RE: xslt task fatal error
Date Tue, 18 Jun 2002 12:14:09 GMT
Hi,

I searched the developers group and found the following:
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6719
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xalan-dev&m=101482234801591&w=2

I was stupidly thinking that the xslt Ant task lived entirely in
optional.jar - so I didn't think to upgrade xalan.
I just upgraded to xalan-j_2_4_D1-bin.tar.gz - xercesImpl.jar and
xml-apis.jar are okay as they are, but I replaced xalan.jar and
*so far* I cannot reproduce the errors at all.

Thanks for the help.

Chris

You are not reusing instance of a transformer here...
You are using invoking a transformation per the use of the command line and
forking a new VM for each call.
