Are you sure about this one?  I tried it with a little test that checks if
args[0] starts with a double-quote and prints it if it does -- and it does
get printed, and it's got the quotes around it (just the doubles, not the
singles, which Ant's verbose output says aren't really there, and which
looks to be true).
