- Created a subpackage ant-optional which contains optional.jar,
allowing minimal install footprint.

- antRun in /usr/bin
- use a modified version of the latest ant script (from 1.5 cvs)
with a system configuration /etc/ant.conf file used to switch
in rpm mode ....
