Is there a way to force a new line in echo task
I tried the following, but it did not work.

<echo file="${logdir}/${logfile}" append="true">WmlDeviceAdapter
Failed\n</echo>

I do not want to do the following for the end of the line.

<echo file="${logdir}/${logfile}" append="true">WmlDeviceAdapter Failed
</echo>
