Subject RE: CVS access on a non-standard port

My experience of this is that it doesn't work in windows.  The cvsroot
syntax is:
:pserver:[user]@[server]:[port]/[repository]

On windows cvs version of cvs the [server]:[port]/ bit gets cvs rather
confused because windows drive letter stuff.
