Subject Antw: Windows XP, environment problem and classpath problem

Take a look at bug 6456; jdk 1.4.0 returns Windows XP as os.name whereas
ant's Execute class only checks for NT and 2000 otherwise assumes Windows
to be one of the 9x ones ...
