I didn't see an XSL transform listed in the built-in or optional tasks in the 
Ant User Manual at http://jakarta.apache.org/ant/manual/.  I'm running 
xsltproc in an exec task on a Linux box, which isn't portable. :-( Another 
option would be to java the class org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process, with -in, 
-xsl, and -out arguments set appropriately.  I have 

xalanservlet.jar
xalan.jar
xml-apis.jar
xercesImpl.jar

listed in the CLASSPATH for running Process, although I can't say they're all 
necessary.
