Since i could not figure out what the problem was with the VSS task - I went
forward with the following

Try to execute:
"\cdrive\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\VSS\win32\ss" Get
$/cfn -GLD:\cfn -I-Y -R VLv1.01 -W -Yadmin,password 
from a command prompt. 

Do you get the same error about the label?
