Subject Re: Problems with FTP task, related..
Date Fri, 15 Feb 2002 19:23:41 GMT
While we are on the topic of FTP I am having a timestamp problem, i
believe.
I am in Atlantic timezone GMT -4 hours and my webserver
appears to be in pacific GMT -8 hours.
I have check my local time and all is good.
I have dug through the archives and found related fixes, but no joy.

When I do an upload with depends="yes" it sends them all over. newer or
not..
I have checked in
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.net.FTP.java
and I can't see if it does or does not correct on timezone....

Anyone know If I am barking up the wrong tree?

here is my build file,

<project name="Site Upload System" default="upload" basedir=".">
  <target name="upload">
     <ftp server="ftp.webhost.com"
          remotedir="/sitefolder"
          userid="username"
          password="password"
          depends="yes"
          binary="no"
          verbose="yes">

      <fileset dir="site/">
        <include name="**/*.html"/>
        <include name="**/*.js"/>
        <include name="**/*.css"/>
        <exclude name="**/archive/"/>
      </fileset>

    </ftp>
  </target>
</project>
