Ok here is the problem .. if ur xml scripts is like this 

<telnet server="${ServerName}" userid="${ServerLogin}"
password="${ServerPassword}" >

then the Ant api expects the login and password to be there to be filled by
it.So u must enable the authentication part in ur telnet server .

Manually is fine, the jar files are there and the task is referenced.
Works fine against unix.
Below is the prompt I get manually, and no prompt for username and password

it uses the domain security.
