Ignore the shell/bat script troll....

Ok, from an environment variable:

    <property environment="env"/>
    <path id="classpath">
      <pathelement location="${env.HELPER_JAR}"/>
    </path>

Better?  No <condition>, no shell script (well, ok, ant.bat/.sh) , nice and
simple.
