The <junitreport> task maps to
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.junit.XMLResultAggregator

So does your optional JAR have that class?  If not, grab the one available
from Jakarta's binary downloads.

You'll need Xalan in your Ant's lib directory.
