Doesn't this

   <condition property="newproperty">
     <not>
       <or>
         <equals arg1="${propA}" arg2="$${propA}"/>
         <equals arg1="${propB}" arg2="$${propB}"/>
         <equals arg1="${propC}" arg2="$${propC}"/>
       </or>
     </not>
   </condition>

do the same?
