Subject ejbjar and manifest.mf

Conor,

I think ejbjar is ignoring my manifest.mf to decide if there is the need to
recompile/rebundle the jar file also the file doesn't get in the jar.
I'm using the Class-Path manifest attribute and the above logic a bit of a
problem, do you have a suggestion ?

I just committed the patch just now so you can get from CVS or you can 
grab the next nightly build of Ant 1.5alpha, which should be dated 
2001-10-11
