Is the jakarta-ant-1.5alpha-optional.jar in the $ANT_HOME/lib dir ?

Subject: Ant 1.3 refuses to see optional.jar

We're trying to build some ejbjar tasks. We get a problem when it comes time
to build the ejbjar with the weblogic (5.1) ejbc. Ant complains that it
cannot find the ejbjar task. The exact error message is:

[null] Could not create task of type: ejbjar Common solutions are
adding the task to and executing bin/bootstrap

build.xml:110: Could not
create task of type: ejbjar. Common solutions are to use taskdef to
declare your task, or, if this is an optional task, to put the
optional.jar in the lib directory of your ant installation (ANT_HOME).

The command line contains the optional.jar file in the classpath (yes, wec
checked). The same build script works on all our other machines. We're
pretty sure it's an environment problem with that particular machine but we
can't pinpoint the exact problem. Can anyone give me hints on what to search
for, in order to figure out this problem?

FWIW, the machine I'm running on that's causing problems is a Red Hat 7.0
x86 dual-CPU machine. The java version is 1.3.0. Ant is 1.3.
