There is no conventional way to do this. If you are on WinNT or 2000, then
you can setup a service on the remote computer. Services can be remotely
started and stopped from the command-line.

The below point was that ANT doesn't make it any different from doing it by
hand. First get it working by hand (from a prompt for example), then
incorporate the logic into ANT.

i have ant installed on my local machine and want to
run this ant which does the binary execution in the 
remote machine ..
