Running 'ant' with the -debug flag will list each property as it gets set
(and also list any properties files it's loading properties from). Those
properties that are set outside of any target are in the top block of
output (which ends with the line that starts "Complete build sequence
is..."), and those that are set inside targets are included under the
target's block of output. You'll get more output than just the
property-setting stuff, but writing a little tool to extract the info
you're looking for should be pretty straightforward.
