The first beta for Ant 1.4 is now available

There are two things to note
1. The starteam task is not included in the optional jar. If anyone can
provide this please let me know.
2. The VAJ tasks have been built using a stub I created. This may not be
perfect. Can a VAJ user please test them and preferably send me classes
built from source.?

I'd like the members of these lists to try out these builds and if there
are no major problems in the next two days, I will send out announcements
to a broader group of people.
