You are correct, I assumed that they would all be together, and they are
not.  Once I greped for the Setting Project start of the line I found them
all.  This seems a rather cumbersome way to find what properties are
available.

So either you are Ant has been doing something wrong 8-)

What does your <property> task look like and how are you trying to
access the properties that have been environment variables in their
former live?

No, look closer, it even records the system properties like user.home
and so on.
