Stefan - sounds like you were heading down the right track ala "This
probably means that Windows doesn't find the javadoc executable."

This one seems to fall into the "how did it ever work?" category - I
seemingly resolved this by ensuring that the jdk directory was in my
environment path.  I think Ant was smart enough to find JavaDoc &
configure it properly on its own via JDK_HOME or something but something
about the way CC was instantiating Ant changed that in some way so that
we were getting this exception error ...

Which probably means it is a javadoc nested into a second project run
by <ant>.

Could you please replace the version of Ant that ships with CC with
Ant 1.4beta and see whether the problem goes away?
