mm...I don't know where this one is coming from, I know 2 problems:

- if you use xalan 1.2.2, you must type your param as:
expression=3D"'${basedir}/reports/html'" and you need bsf.jar in your
classpath.

- if you use xalan 2.x (via trax) you must type your param as:
expression=3D"${basedir}/reports/html" and you don't need bsf.jar, ie:

<style processor=3D"trax" in=3D"./reports/xml/TESTS-TestSuites.xml"
 out=3D"./reports/html/dummy.file" style=3D"./junit-frames.xsl">
   <param name=3D"output.dir" expression=3D"${basedir}/reports/html"/>
