On a Unix machine, you should be able to <exec> a shell-script. For
example, here's what happens when I telnet to a Unix machince from my NT
and execute a shell-script via 'ant':

  testsh:
       [exec] Hi there

My build.xml contains:
  <?xml version="1.0"?>
  <project name="test" default="testsh">
    <target name="testsh">
      <exec executable="foo"/>
    </target>
  </project>

And my little "foo" script is:
  #!/bin/sh

  echo "Hi there"
  exit 0

What happens if you try this?
