This indicates that the command line used to start Ant is incorrect (Ant
is a Java program). This may mean some problem with Ant.bat in the path.
Check that the correct file Ant.bat is in the path  (it should be the
one in the bin directory of your new Ant installation). Next change the
first line in Ant.bat to @echo on (from @echo off) and rerun it. You
should have output the command the script is running. If you can't work
out the problem from there you should mail the output from this command
to the list.

installing the software.  After installing
 ANT and trying to run it I get the message printed below.  Could
