One <tea/> task, coming up...

Usage:
<taskdef name="jikes" classname="jim.utilities.Coffee"/>

<jikes time="5" />

Notes:
* Defining a name other than tea is a little less obvious, I find...
* the time paramter is in minutes
* optional parameters [message1, message2, message3] define the message 
explaining what is being done...
* it's not optimized, use at your own risk!
