Hi Diane ,
   Can you suggest a solution to my problem in the last mail that I sent
out, I am stcuk becuase of this on an ANt conversion project.
   I just do not seem to be able to ahead on getting compilation to work
only for those files which are changed ..ut compiles all of them ...and the
depend task does not seem to remove the files whose dependencies have
changed.
   Or if you guide me to some resource which gives me a better idea about it
...

I'm not sure which "current directory" you mean. Are you referring to the
directory the build-file is running from? If you are, you can refer to it
using ${basedir} (assuming basedir is set to ".").
