The problem is it's not trying to pick up ${dist}/scripts/monitor.sh
from
the current directory; nor is it changing the directory to ${dist} to
pick
up script/monitor.sh from there. It's looking to pick up
scripts/monitor.sh from the base directory, and that file doesn't in
fact
exist. So yes, I'd call that a bug. (I'd also call it a bug that it
leaves
the .tar file around after it bombs out, and that it says the tar-file
is
up-to-date when it doesn't find any matching files for the fileset.)
