Subject RE: doing SourceSafe get
Date Mon, 11 Jun 2001 16:51:24 GMT
Pinar,

Check the following:

1) Make sure the path to ss.exe is correct.
2) I believe you need either -I- or -I-Y or -I-N but not -I

Felice

Subject: RE: doing SourceSafe get

Ok ihave the following;

<target name="getcode">
     <exec executable="D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual
Studio\VSS\win32\ss.exe">
  <arg value="get" />
  <arg value="$$/Asset Planner 2" />
  <arg value="-R" />
  <arg value="-I" />
  <arg value="-GWS" />
  <arg value="-Yant,ant"/>
</exec>
  </target>

and it generates the message below,

D:\ap2\javasrc\server>ant getcode
Buildfile: build.xml

getcode:

and just hangs there.. ssdir has been set. I thought I was close. I think I
am messing up with something here. :(

Thanks
