Subject How do you not execute one rule if another fails?
Date Sat, 12 May 2001 20:52:41 GMT
What constitutes failure with ant?

ie. if I run

<target name="ck_customerejbjar" depends="init">
     <java classname="weblogic.EJBComplianceChecker" fork="no"
classpath="${weblogic.classpath}" args="${customer.ejbjar}"/>

and I have another rule say "deploy" that depends on this.

how can I ensure that deploy doesn't run if this rule "failed"

How is failure determined" via the exit status of the java binary
or the detection of an exception?
