Ignore it.  Mac OS X is Java 1.3, so most of the JAAV_HOME and 
CLASSPATH non-sense goes away.  I commented out the JAVA_HOME="" 
warning in the shell script.

Just set ANT_HOME and run.

(Just for the record: 
JDK_HOME="/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Home/")
