Hi,

Here's how I do it.

In your build.bat (or build.sh) script that wraps your build, do something
like

set PROJECT_HOME=C:\foo\main
call ant -Dbasedir=%PROJECT_HOME% -buildfile .....

More info on pre-defined props is in the Using Ant section of the manual.
