Take a look at the new <apply> task in 1.3. I don't think you can do
what you need out of the box (as it insists on having the source file
on the command line) but it should be possible to tweak it to accept
something like

<apply executable="rm">
  <fileset dir="<dir>" />
  <mapper type="glob" from="*" to="<dir2>/*" />
  <targetfile />
</apply>
