I've never used the NetRexxC task, so I can only point you to the task
documentation in the "Optional Tasks" section of index.html. As to
"Messages should have been provided", that's referring to the compiler
errors that should have been produced by the compiler -- it's just saying
that hopefully the compiler will have printed something out saying why the
compile bombed. You're not the first person who's been confused about what
it means, though, so I suspect we should probably consider changing it to
something like "See compiler error messages for details".
